FROM DESIGN
TO DELIVERY

A rigorous, gate-controlled manufacturing process built to satisfy AS9100D, NADCAP, and customer-specific quality plans.

DFM analysis, ply orientation review, and tooling strategy agreed with engineering.

Tooling

Invar or CFRP mould fabricated, thermally mapped, and validated prior to first article.

Layup & Infusion

Prepreg or dry fibre placed per traveller card in Class 100K cleanroom.

Cure & Demould

Autoclave or oven cure per qualified cycle. Bagging removed, part released.

Inspect & Ship

Dimensional CMM, NDT C-scan, and full CoC package released before delivery.
